       of Land and Premisses with their and Every of their Appurtenances unto the
       said Richard Snowden his Heirs and Assignes for Ever to his and their proper
       use and behoofe for Ever and to other intent or Purpose whatsoever and the
       said Joseph Lazeer doth hereby for himself his Heirs Execut.rs & Adm.rs Covenant
       grant and Agree to and with the said Richard Snowden his Heirs and
       Assignes that he the said Joseph Lazeer his Heirs Ex.rs and Adm.rs and
       Every of them shall and will at all times hereafter at the reasonable
       request and at the Proper Costs and Charges in the Law of the said Rich.d
       Snowden his Heirs and Assignes make do suffer acknowledge & Execute all
       Such further and other Acts Deeds things Conveyances & Assurances in the
       Law whatsoever as by the said Richard Snowden his Heirs or Assignes or
       their Councill Learned in the Law shall be reasonably devised or required
       for the further better and more Perfect Assurance Surety and Suremaking
       of all and Singular the hereby Granted Land and Premisses with
       their and Every of their Appurtenances unto the said Richard Snowden
       his Heirs and Assignes for Ever And Also that he the said Joseph Lazeer his
       Heirs Ex.rs and Adm.rs and Every of them the af.d hereby Granted Land
       and Premisses with their and Every of their Appurtenances unto the  
       said Richard Snowden his Heirs and Assignes for Ever against him
       the said Joseph Lazeer his Heirs Ex.rs & Adm.rs and Every of them against
       all Persons lawfully Claiming or to Claime any right title or interest
       of in or to the same or of in or to any Part or Parcell thereof by from or
       under him them or any of them shall and will Warrant & for Ever
       hereafter by these presents defend In Witness whereof the said Joseph
       Lazeer hath to this Present Indenture set his hand and Seal the Day and
       Year above written                                                his
