       Land or any of them with full and free Egress and regress and free and full
       Liberty of Cutting Drains Ditches Water Courses or Erecting or making
       Dams W^h^arfs or other Conveniences and the same with all and Singular
       the said Liberties Priviledges Immunities and Iron Ore or Stone in or
       upon the said three Several Tracts of Land called Hines his Industry
       Hines his Purchase and Part of Hazard To have and to hold
       unto him the sid Charles Carroll his heirs and Assigns for ever to his and their
       Proper use and behoof and to no other use Intent meaning or Purpose whatsoever
       And the said Thomas Hynes for himself his heirs Executors and Adm.rs
       doth Covenant grant and agree to and with the said Charles Carroll his heirs
       ^and Assignes^ that at the time of the Ensealing and Delivery of these Presents he the said
       Thomas Hines hath full Power Good Right and Lawfull Authority to sell
       Alien and Dispose of the said Lands and Premisses And that from hence
       Forward and at all times hereafter he the said Charles Carroll his heirs and
       Assigns for Ever Shall and May Have and Peaceably Hold and Enjoy the
       Libertyes and Priviledges herein before granted And all the said Iron ore
       Stone or Mine And Likewise that the said Lands or some of them Include
       the Mine Bank of Banks along the said Branch to a bounded Spanish
       Oak at the Mine Bank near the place where Reviss's Dam was Erected
       and ^where^ Ore was formerly Raised And that the sid Lands Include the said
       Bank at the end of the Dam aforesaid or the greater part thereof and
       Likewise that the said Three Tracts of Land without any Interposition
       of other Lands Join to the sid Branch close along to the Dwelling
       Plantation of Solomon Hillen from the said Spanish Oak at the end of
       the Dam afs.d And the said Thomas Hines for him and his heirs Doth
       Covenant and agree with him the said Charles Carroll That he the said
       Thomas Shall and will at any time hereafter when required do and
       Execute any other Deed or Deeds for the more sure ^Secure^ making over to
       him the said Charles his heirs and Assigns for ever the said
