418) Iron Ore Iron Stone or Mine with the Libertys Priviledges and Advantages herein before given granted and Bargained or which were Intended to be given granted and Bargained which he the said Charles his heirs or Assigns or his or their Council Learned in the Law shall Advise Devise or require In Witness whereof and the foregoing Premisses the said Parties to these presents Have Interchangeably set their hands and Seals the day and year first above Written Thomas Hines Seal On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was Thus Endorst Viz.t Sealed and Delivered In the Presence of us Geor Buchanan Tho.s Franklin June the 2.d 1743 Received of the within mentioned Charles Carroll The sum of five Pounds Sterling as also Caution for the payment of the Twenty pounds Sterling Yearly being the consideration within mentioned I say reced by me Thomas Hines Witness Geor Buchanan Tho.s Franklin June 2.d 1743 Then came before us Two of the Justices of the Peace for Baltimore County Thomas Hynes of the same County and Acknowledged the within Deed according to the Act of Assembly in that Case made and Provided 9 s.ds Recorded June 13.th 1743 Geor Buchanan Tho.s Franklin |
