       Iron Ore Iron Stone or Mine with the Libertys Priviledges and
       Advantages herein before given granted and Bargained or which
       were Intended to be given granted and Bargained which he the
       said Charles his heirs or Assigns or his or their Council Learned
       in the Law shall Advise Devise or require In Witness whereof
       and the foregoing Premisses the said Parties to these presents
       Have Interchangeably set their hands and Seals the day and
       year first above Written
