       as also for and in consideration of the sum of twenty pounds Sterling money
       of great Britain to him the said Thomas Secured to be paid Yearly by him
       the said Charles Carroll as well for and During the Natural Life
       and lives of him the said Thomas Hines and Elizabeth the Present
       Wife of him the said Thomas or the Longer Liver of them as also for
       Divers other good Causes and Considerations him the said Thomas
       thereunto moveing Hath given granted Bargained Sold Aliened Enfeoffed
       and confirmed and by these Presents doth give grant Bargain Sell
       Alien Enfeoffe and confirm unto him the said Charles Carroll his heirs  
       and Assigns forever All the Iron Oar Iron Stone or Mine for making
       Iron in and upon the following Tracts of Land Scituate upon the
       North East run or Branch of Back River in Baltimore County afs.d
       Viz.t Hines his Industry Eight Acres Hines his Purchase
       Two hundred Sixty one Acres Part of Hazard Fifty Acres lying and
       being on the said North East Branch of Back River and Adjoyning
       to the Dwelling Plantation of Sollomon Hillen of the said County of Baltimore
       Together with full Power and Liberty to him the said Charles Carroll
       his heirs and Assigns for ever and his and their Agents Servants
       and Workemen to build Houses for Dwelling Out Houses or other
       buildings of what kind or Nature soever upon the said Three Tracts of
       Land or any of them and the same to enjoy as also full Power and Lawfull
       Authority to digg Raise and Carry away by Land or Water the said Iron
       Ore Stone or Mine or otherwise Worke the same as to him or them
       shall seem best and also to have and take House Boot Fire Boot
       or other Conveniences and Materials for Working the same or building
       from of in and upon the said Three Tracts ^or Parcells^ of Land and free and full
       liberty of Pastureage for Draft Horses Cattle or other usefull Creatures
       and free and full Liberty of Fencing and other Conveniences for
       Inclosures or buildings which is in or upon the said Three Tracts of
