       shall vouch to warrant the common Vouchee who shall likewise appear and imparle
       and afterwards make Default and depart in Contempt of the Court
       so that Judgment may be thereupon had and given for the said James to
       recover the said Moiety of the Tract of Land called Howard's Gift against the
       same Anne and for the said Ann to recover in Value against the common
       Vouchee to the End that one Perfect common Recovery with single Voucher
       may be thereupon had and suffered and all and every Thing and Things
       done and perfected needful and convenient for having suffering the same
       Recovery according to the Course of common Recoveries in such Cases
       used and that the same Recovery shall also be executed by one Writ of
       Haberfacias Susinam And it is hereby further covenanted granted concluded
       and agreed by and between the Parties af.d to these presents and each
       of them for themselves and each of their Heirs that the same Recovery &
       all Effects thereof so as af.d or in any other Manner to be had and suffered
       of the Moiety of the af.d Tract of Land called Howards Gift with the Appurtenances
       shall be and enure and shall be deemed adjudged construed and
       taken to be and enure to and for the sole and proper use of him the same
       James Calder his Heirs and Assigns for ever and that he the same James
       from and immediately after suffering the same Recovery shall by Virtue
       thereof and of these Presents stand and be lawfully seized of and in the same
       Moiety with the Appurtenances to and for the proper Use of him the said
       James his Heirs and Assigns forever and to & for no other Use Intent or
       Purpose whatsoever In Witness whereof the Parties af.d to these Presents
       have interchangeably set their Hands and affixed their Seals the Day
       and Year first above written
