       over and Confirming unto them the said Mess.rs Charles Carroll Daniel
       Dulany & Benjamin Tasker Esq.rs their heirs and Assigns for ever
       the afs.d Land and Premisses with the appurtenances that they or either
       of them their or either of their Council Learned in the Law shall Require
       Divise or Advise and the said John Parrish for himself and his heirs
       doth Covenant and Agree to and with the said Charles Carroll that he
       the said Charles Carroll Benjamin Tasker Daniel Dulany Esq.rs &
       Mess.rs Charles Carroll as afs.d they and their heirs and Assigns forever
       shall stand Seized of a Good & Sure Estate of Inheritance in fee Simple
       of and in the said Lands and Premisses and that he the said John
       Parrish his heirs and Assigns Shall and will Warrant and forever
       Defend the same unto them the s.d Charles Carroll Benjamin Tasker
       Daniel Dulany Esq.rs & Mess.rs Carrolls their ^heirs^ and Assigns forever
       as well against him the said John Parrish his heirs & any other by
       from or under him Claiming as against all manner of Persons and
       Claims Whatsoever In Witness whereof the said Parties to these
       Presents ^have^ hereunto Interchangeably set their hands and Seals the
       day and year first above Written

       Received of Charles Carroll Esq.r the further sum of Seventy two pounds
       Nine Shillings and three pence half penny which Compleats the sum
       of Two hundred and fifty two pounds six Shillings and Seven pence
       three farthings Sterling being the Consideration within mentioned I say
       received by me this 13.th day of May 1743
