       Enfeoffe Release Quit Claim & Confirm unto him the said Charles Carroll
       his heirs and Assigns for ever All and Singular the said Dwelling Plantation
       of him the said John Parrish with the Land and appurtenances thereunto
       belonging on the s.d Parrish's Range & Parrishes Fear as also One
       hundred and Twenty Acres Part of said Parrishes Fear before mentioned
       and also all the ^said^ four hundred Acres part of the said Parrishes Range which
       was Devised to his s.d Brother William Parrish by his said Father Edw.d
       Parrish and which became the Right of him the said John as also all other
       the Right Title Interest Claim or Demand of in or to the said Parrishes Range        
       Parrishes fear the said Dwelling Plantation or any part or Parcell of them or
       any of them together with the Houses Orchards Fencings Woods underwoods
       water Courses or other Advantages Whatsoever on the said Lands and Premisses
       or to them or any of them in anywise belonging & appurtaining together with
       all Right or Rights of Equity of Redemption or any other Claims in Law or
       Equity Whatever in or to the said Lands or Premisses To have and to
       Hold unto him the said Charles Carroll his heirs and Assigns for ever one fifth
       Part of the said Lands and Premisses To have and to hold unto Benj.a Tasker
       Esq.r The Elder of the City of Annapolis his heirs and Assigns for ever one
       fifth Part of the said Lands and Premisses To have and to hold unto Daniel
       Dulany Esq.r of the said City his heirs and Assigns for ever one fifth Part of the s.d
       Lands and Premisses To have and to hold unto Charles Carroll Son of Daniel
       Carroll of Duddington Mannor in Maryland his heirs and Assigns for ever one
       fifth Part of the said Lands and Premisses To have and to hold unto Charles Carroll
       of the City of Annapolis Chyrurgeon his heirs and Assigns for ever one fifth part
       of the said Lands and Premisses as Tenants in Common and not as Joint Tenants
       to take by Survivorship And the said John Parrish for himself and his heirs
       doth Covenant and agree that he the said John or his heirs Shall and will
       at any time when thereunto required by the s.d Charles Carroll Benjamin
       Tasker Daniel Dulany or Mess.rs Carroll them or either of them their or either
       of their Heirs or Assigns do and Execute or Suffer to be done and Executed any
       other or further Deed or Deeds Release or Releases for the better making
