95) 395) them Severally acknowledge and for the further and better Assuring of the Lands Tenements and hereditaments with the appurtenances herein after mentioned and more Particularly Expressed unto them the said Isaac Morris and Esther his wife and the Longest liver of them & the heirs and Assigns of the said Isaac Morris for ever Have bargained and sold and by these presents each of them doth Bargain and Sell unto the said Alexander Buncle all that Tract or Parcell of Land Scituate lying and being ^in^ Worcester County afs.d and heretofore lying and being in Sumerset County in the said Province called and known by the name of Aqquangoe and is bounded as in and by a Patent or Grant from the Right Honourable the Lord Proprietary of the Province of Maryland that now is bearing Date on the twenty Third day of July Anno Dom Seventeen hundred and thirty nine is mentioned and Expressed To have and to hold the said Lands with the appurtenances unto the said Alexander Buncle his heirs and Assigns forever to the use of the said Alexander Buncle his heirs and Assigns forever to the Intent and purpose that by Virtue hereof the said Alexander Buncle may become & be a good and Perfect Tenant of the immediate freehold and Inheritance of all and Singular the said Bargained Premisses against whom one or more Common Recovery or recoverys may be had Perfected and Executed to the uses Intents and Purposes herein after mentioned express.d and Declared and to and for no other use Intent or purpose Whatsoever and Thereupon it is Covenanted concluded and agreed by and between all the said Parties to these p.rsents that before the End of the next Provincial Court to be held at Annapolis one or more Writ or Writs of Entry Sur diseisin eule Post shall be brought and Prosecuted in the name of the said John Scarborough as Plaintiff or Demandant therein against the said Alexander Buncle as ^Tenant^ or Defendant of the said bargained Lands and appurtenances by such Names Quantities Qualities Numbers of Messuages and other Certainties and Descriptions as shall be apt and convenient in that Behalf to which (Writ) |
