       or Writs the said Alexander Buncle Shall appear gratis by his attorney
       or in his Proper Person and Shall and will Vouch to warrant the Premisses
       The said Isaac Morris and Esther his wife who shall Likewise
       appear in their Proper Persons or by their attorney and shall Vouch to
       Warrat the Premisses the common Vouchee and such other and further
       Proceedings shall be therein so that one or more good and Perfect common
       recovery or recoverys with Double Voucher shall or may be had Perfected
       & Executed in all Thing according to the usual form of Common Recoverys
       with Double Voucher for assurance of Lands in such Case used and
       accustomed and it is hereby covenanted agreed and Declared by and
       Between all the said Parties to these Presents that such recovery or
       recoverys so as af.d or in any other manner to be Suffered executed
       and Perfected whereto the Partys to these Presents or any of them are
       or Shall be Partys of or Concerning the Premisses shall be and enure
       and Shall be adjudged Construed Deemed & taken to be and Enure
       And the said Alexander Buncle and his heirs and all and every other
       Person and Persons which Shall then or at any time thereafter stand
       seized of the Premisses or any part thereof by Virtue of These Presents
       or of the said Recovery or recoverys shall so stand and be Seized
       thereof to the only proper use and behoof of the said Isaac Morris
       & Esther his Wife & the Heirs and Assigns of the said Isaac Morris
       forever and no other use or uses Whatsoever And it is further Concluded
       agreed and Covinanted by and between all the Parties to these Presents
       that the said Writ or Writs to be Prosecuted and all the Proceedings
       thereupon shall be had made and done at the Proper Cost and Expence
       in the Law of the said Isaac Morris In Testimony whereof the
       Parties afs.d have hereto Interchangeably Affixed their hands and Seals
       this day and year first Above Written
