       and their own Use & behoof & to no other Use Intent or Purpose whatsoever
       And the said Edward Rumney for himself his Heirs Executors
       & Administrators doth Covenant & Agree to & with the said Thomas
       Howard his Heirs & Assigns that he the said Thomas Howard his
       Heirs & Assignes shall & may at all times hereafter peaceably and
       quietly have hold occupy possess and Enjoy all & Singular the said
       Tract or Parcell of Land with the Appurtenances without the Let
       Molestation or Disturbance of him the said Edward Rumney his
       Heirs or Assignes free & clear from all Manner of Incumbrances
       And that the said Edward Rumney his Heirs & Assignes all and
       Singular the said Tract of Land & Premisses unto the said Thomas
       Howard his Heirs & Assignes shall & will for Ever warrant and
       Defend from all persons whatsoever In Witness whereof the said
       Edward Rumney hath hereunto set his hand & Seal the Day &
       Year first above written
       Sealed & Delivered                           Edw.d Rumney   Seal
       in the presence of Us         On the back of the aforegoing Deed was
             Tho.s Baldwin             thus Endorst (Viz.t)
             Tho.s Lusby jun.r        Received the Day of the Date hereof the
                            Sum of Sixty pounds Sterling being the Consideration
       Money for the Land & Premises within mentioned         £ 60  ster
                                                                            Edw.d Rumney

       Memorandum That on the Nineteenth Day of January in the
       Year of our Lord Seventeen hundred & forty Two Came the within
       named Edward Rumney before me & Did acknowledge the within
       bargained Land & Premisses to be the right & Property of Thomas
       Howard his Heirs & Assignes for Ever And likewise Elizabeth the Wife
       of the said Edward Rumney who being by me privately Examined out
       of the Hearing of her said Husband Declared that she freely relinquished
       her right of Dower to the within Lands & Premisses without
       being compelled thereto through fear or ill Usage by her said
       Husband Taken by me the Day and Year aforesaid
       12.th March 1742                                    Robert Gordon
       Reced of M.r Howard the Sum of ten Shillings Sterling being
