       the Alienation fyne for the Land within mentioned for the Use of
       the Right Honble the Lord Baltimore

Ex.d This Indenture made the Twenty Eighth Day of March in the
       Year of our Lord God One thousand Seven hundred Forty & three
       By and Between Charles Crook of Baltimore County Son and Heir
       of James Crook of the said County Deceased on the one part and
       Charles Carroll of the City of Annapolis in Ann Arundell County
       Chyrurgeon on the other Part Witnesseth that whereas Andrew
       Anderson of said County of Baltimore had Granted unto him a
       Tract of Land called Anderson's Camp Containing thirty four Acres
       on the North side of Middle River in the said County which was
       among other Lands by the said Anderson Conveyed to the af.d
       James Crook As also that a Certain Anthony Asher of the same
       County had granted unto him a Tract of land Called Anthony
       & Ann for one hundred Acres which he Conveyed unto the said
       James And also that a Certain Edward Hook had Surveyed and
       Granted unto him a Tract of Land called the Camp for one hundred
       Acres which he the said Edward likewise Conveyed to the
       af.d James Crooke and that the said James Crook had likewise
       granted unto him a Tract of Land called Doggwood Thickett for
       Two hundred & twelve Acres All which became the Right and
       Estate of the said Charles Crook Now this Indenture Further
       Witnesseth that the said Charles Crook for and in Consideration
       of the Sum of Eighty five pounds Sterling Money of Great Britain
       to him to him in hand paid & satisfyed by the said Charles
       Carroll at & before the Ensealing & Delivery of these Presents the
       Receipt whereof he doth hereby acknowledge & therewith is
       fully content & satisfyed Hath given Granted Bargained
       sold aliened Enfeoffed released & Confirmed And by these presents
       doth freely clearly & Absolutely Give Grant Bargain sell
       alien Enfeoffe release & Confirm unto him the said Charles
       Carroll his Heirs and Assignes for Ever All the said four Tracts
