Ex.d This Indenture made the Seventh Day of March Anno Domini
       one Thousand seven hundred and forty Two Between Bridgett Donaldson
       of Annapolis Widow Executrix of the Last will and Testament
       of James Donaldson late of Annapolis Deceased and Patrick Creagh
       of the same Place Planter of the one part and Charles Hammond of Ann
       Arundell County Esquire Public Treasurer of the Western Shore of
       Maryland and Levin Gale of Somerset County Esquire of the other Part
       Whereas the said James Donaldson was Seized in his Demesne as
       of Fee of and in three Acres and an half Acre of Ground in Annapolis
       and by his Last Will and Testament in Writing Duly Executed and
       Proved Authorized and Impowered the said Bridget whom he Constituted
       by his said Testament to be his Sole Executrix to sell and Dispose
       of the said three Acres and an half Acre of Ground which Parcell of
       Ground the said Patrick Creagh hath Purchased for a Valuable consideration
       by him paid or Secured to be paid by him the said Patrick Creagh
       to the said Bridget Donaldson And Whereas the said Patrick
       Creagh hath lately Built & Erected an House or Edifice on part of the said
       Ground for a Magazine or Repository of and for Arms and Ammunition
       for the use of the Province of Maryland for and in consideration of ninety
       five pounds Sterling by the Publick for the said Building and sixty
       feet square of the said Ground about the same Building with the liberty
       of Ingress Egress & regress through the said Ground to the said Building
       and sixty feet square thereof Now This Indenture Witnesseth
       That the said Bridget Donaldson and Patrick Creagh for and in
       consideration of ninety five pounds Sterling in hand paid to the said
       Patrick Creagh by the said Charles Hammond out of the Publick Stock
       or fund for Purchasing Arms and Ammunition for the use and Defence
       of the said Province the Receipt whereof he is hereby Acknowledged Have
       Given Granted Bargained & Sold and by these presents do
       give grant bargain and sell unto the said Charles Hammond and
