       Levin Gale in trust to the uses and purposes herein after mentioned the said
       Edifice or Building together with sixty feet Square of Ground about the same
       together with free Ingress Egress and Regress in and to the said Edifice or
       Building thorough the said three Acres and an half Acre of Ground To
       Have and to hold to them the said Charles Hammond and Levin Gale
       their heirs and Assigns in Trust forever to the Publick use of the Province
       of Maryland and to no other use Intent or purpose Whatsoever and the said
       Bridge Donaldson and Patrick Creagh for themselves and their heirs
       Covenant and agree to and with the said Charles Hammond and Levin Gale
       their heirs and Assigns in manner and form following that is to say
       that they the said Charles Hammond and Levin Gale their heirs and Assigns
       for ever Shall Stand and be Seized of an Estate of Inheritance in fee Simple
       in Trust to the uses and Purposes aforesaid of and in the said Building or
       Edifice and Sixty feet Square of Ground about the same Building or Edifice
       free and Clear and Absolutely freely and Clearly Discharged from them the said
       Bridget Donaldson and Patrick Creagh and their and Each of their heirs
       and all Persons Claiming from by or under them or Either of them or from by or
       under the said James Donaldson or his heirs In Testimony whereof
       the said Bridget Donaldson and Patrick Creagh have to these Presents sett
       their hands and Seals the day and year first above Writen

       On the Back of the aforegoing Instrument of Writing was thus
