378) Discharge the said Plumer Ijams his Heirs Exec.rs and Adm.rs for ever Hath given granted bargained Sold and confirmed and by these Presents Doth freely and absolutely give grant bargain Sell and confirm unto the said Plumer Ijams to Tracts of Land in Calvert County lying in Calvert on Pattuxent River called Archers Haze Beginning at Pattuxent River Side where Burden Crosby's second Line of his Land ends and running with his Line North fifty three Degrees East one hundred and sixteen Perches to the said Crosby's bounded Ash Then running East with the Original Line of the said Tract of Land called Archer's Haze two hundred and twenty perches then running South still with another of the Original Lines to Samuel Griffiths Land then running West with the said Griffiths Land two hundred and seventeen perches thence running a few Perches to the Branch that lyes to the Northward of the Plantation of William Kent now lives on then running down the said Branch as the Water in the said Branch runneth to Patuxent River side then running up the River to the first beginning containing about one hundred and sixty Acres (to be held more or less) with all Buildings Improvements Profits Commodities and Advantages thereunto belonging To have and to hold to him the said Plumer Ijams his Heirs and Assigns for ever to his own and their own Use and to no other Use Intent or Purpose whatsoever and the said Henry Ijams Childs for his self and his Heirs Doth covenant and agree to and with the said Plumer Ijams and his Heirs and Assigns that he and they shall and may peaceably and quietly have hold possess and enjoy all and singular the Premisses freely and clearly discharged from the said Henry Childs and all Persons whatsoever or any Claim from by or under him without any Lett Molestation or Disturbance from him the said Henry Childs or any Person claiming from by or under him or by his Means Instigation or Procurement and that the said Henry Childs shall and will at the proper Cost and Charge of the said Plumer Ijams Do acknowledge and Execute any further or other Deed or Conveyance of the Premisses which shall be devised advised or required by the said Plumer Ijams his Heirs or Assigns as they may for ever be acquitted and discharged from all Incumbrances to the said Land and Premisses In Witness whereof the said Henry Childs hath hereunto set his Hand and Seal (the) |
