       Grant & sell alien & Confirm unto the said John Galloway his heirs
       & Assignes for Ever All that Part or Parcell of Land not heretofore granted
       by Thomas Sheredine & Wife of Baltimore County unto the said
       John Galloway being a Moiety or half part of a Tract of Land
       lying in Baltimore County on the South Side of the Great falls of
       Gunpowder River ^Commonly^ called or known by the Name of the Adventure
       containing in the whole One thousand Acres of Land more
       or less together with all & all manner of buildings Improvements
       & all other the Appurtenances whatsoever & the reversion & reversions
       remainder & remainders rents Issues & Profitts thereof & of
       every Part & Parcel thereof & all the Estate right Title Intrest
       Claim & Demand whatsoever of him the said Lingan Wilson of
       in & to the said Moiety or half Part of the Tract of Land & Premisses
       hereby granted bargained & sold or mentioned or intended to be
       with the Appurtenances To have & to hold the said Moiety or half
       Part of the Tract of Land af.d & Premisses abovementioned & every part and parcel thereof
       with the Appurtenances unto the ^said^ John Galloway his Heirs and Assigns to the only proper use
       and Behoof of the said John Galloway his heirs and Assigns for ever And the said Lingan
       Wilson for himself and his heirs Ex.rs and Adm.rs doth covenant promise and agree by these
       presents to & with the said John Galloway his heirs and Assigns in manner following
       (that is to say) that he the said Lingan Wilson is true & lawful Possesor Owner and
       Proprietor of the said Moiety or half Part of the Tract of Land af.d & Promisses hereby
       granted or intended so to be with the Appurtenances & stands Lawfully and Rightfully
       seized in fee of and in the same of a good perfect Absolute and indefeazable Estate
       of Inheritance in fee simple to him and his heirs without any manner of Condition
       or Limitation of use or uses Trusts Decrees or other matter Course or Thing whatsoever
       whereby to alter change charge defeat or determine the same & that he the
       said Lingan Wilson his heirs and all and every other Person and Persons lawfully
       having or claiming or which shall or may lawfully have or claim any Estate Right Title
       Interest Claim & Demand whatsoever of in or to the sid Moiety or half Part of the
       Tract of Land af.d & Premisses hereby granted or any Part thereof with the Appurtenances
       by from or under him the said Lingan Wilson shall and will from Time to Time
       and at all Times hereafter during the Space of twenty Years next ensuing the Date of these
       Presents upon the Reasonable Request Cost and Charge of him the said John Galloway
