       at large recourse being had to the said Original Deed of Mortgage
       recorded in Prince Georges County the Seventh Day of
       May Anno Dom One thousand Seven hundred & thirty seven
       Now I Joyce Bradford in Consideration of a Certain Sum agreed
       upon and paid Down the Receipt whereof I Do hereby acknowledge
       have bargained and sold and Do hereby bargain &
       sell unto M.rs Margaret Taylor for the Use of the Children of
       her body by Michael Taylor and that no other Person or
       Persons whatsoever shall have any property in right
       (not even the said M.rs Margaret Taylor herself) to sell
       assign Mortgage or otherwise Dispose of the said Negroe
       Woman called Bridget the ^three^ Feather Beds & all [illegible]
       mentioned in the said Mortgage excepted [illegible] Child
       called Nancy but now Commonly goes by the Name of
       Kate to have and to hold ^to^ the said M.rs Margaret Taylor for the
       Use of her Children as aforesaid their Heirs Executors Administrators
       & Assigns In Witness whereof have hereunto put my  
       hand and Seal this fourth Day of December One thousand
       Seven hundred and forty Two                                  her

Ex.d This Indenture made the twenty third Day of November in the
       Year of our Lord Seventeen hundred & forty Two Between Lingan
       Wilson of Prince Georges County in the Province of Maryland
       Gentl of the one Part & John Galloway of Ann Arundell County
       in the Province afd Gentl of the other part Witnesseth that the
       said Lingan Wilson for & in Consideration of the Sum of one hundred
       & twenty five pounds Sterling to him in hand paid by the
       said John Galloway Receipt whereof the said Lingan Wilson
       doth hereby acknjowledge He the said Lingan Wilson hath granted
       bargained ^ Granted^ Sold aliened & Confirmed & by these Presents doth bargain
