       his heirs and Assigns make do acknowledge Levy suffer and Execute
       or cause or procure to be made done acknowledged Levyed suffered and
       executed all and every such further and other lawful and reasonable Act
       or Acts Thing or Things Conveyances and Assurances in the Law
       whatsoever for the further more perfect and absolute assuring & confirming
       the said Moiety or half Part of the Tract of Land af.d & back Premisses
       hereby granted with the Appurtenances to the Use of him the said
       John Galloway & his Heirs as by the said John Galloway his Heirs
       or Assigns or his or their Council Learned in the Law shall be reasonably
       devised and required In Witness whereof the said Lingan Wilson
       has to these Presents set his Hand and Seal the Day and Year
