       Together with all Houses Outhouses & Other the Appurtenances thereunto
       belonging & the Reversion & Reversions Remainder & Remainders thereof
       & Also all the Estate Right Title Interes Claim & Demand whatsoever both in
       Law & Equity of him the said Archibald Greenfield of in & to the Said Premisses
       Or Any part thereof To have & to hold the said Tract of Land together w.th
       all the Houses Outhouses & Other the Appurtenances hereby Granted &
       Sold or mentioned to be Granted & Sold unto the said Patrick Kennedy his
       heirs & Assigns for Ever to the only Proper use & behoof of him the Said
       Patrick his heirs & assigns for ever & to no Other use Intent or Purpose
       whatsoever Provided always & upon Condition Notwithstanding that
       if the said Archibald Greenfield his heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs or Assigns Do & Shall
       well & truly Pay or Cause to be Paid unto the Said Patrick Kennedy his
       heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs or Assigns Do & Shall well & truly Pay or Cause to be
       Paid unto the Said Patrick Kennedy his heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs or Assigns the
       full & Just Sum of twenty three Pounds twelve Shillings & Nine Pence
       Sterling with Legall Interest for the Same & all Costs of Suit in an Action
       brought in the Provincial Court by the Said Patrick Against the Said
       Archibald on or before the Sixteenth Day of November next Ensuing the
       Date of these Presents & that without any Manner of Deduction or
       Abatement whatsoever that then & from thence forth this Present
       Indenture & Every Covenant Grant Article Clause & Agreement herein
       Contained shall Cease Determine & be Void & of none Effect or Else to
       be & remain in full force & Virtue And the said Archibald Greenfield
       Doth for himself his heirs Ex.rs & Administrators Covenant Promise
       Grant & Agree to & with the Said Patrick Kennedy his heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs &
       Assigns that he the said Archibald Greenfield his heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs or Assigns
       Shall & will well & truly Pay or Cause to be Paid unto the said Patrick
       Kennerly his heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs or Assigns the Said Sum of twenty three
       Pounds twelve Shillings & nine Pence Sterling & Interest af.d & the s.d
       Costs of Suit on the Sixteenth Day of November in the Provisoe or
       Condition aforesaid mentioned for the Payment thereof & that without
       Any Deduction or Abatement as aforesaid According to the true
       Intent & meaning of the Same Provisoe or Condition & of these Presents
       And the said Archibald Greenfield doth for himself his heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs
