       form af.d And also that he the said John Wardrop his
       heirs and Assigns shall and may from time to time and at
       all times after Default shall be made in Performing of the
       Provisoes or Condition herein contained peaceably
       and Quietly Enter into have hold and Occupy and Enjoy the
       aforesaid Land (Excepted as before Excepted) and Premises
       above mentioned as also the five Negroes aforesaid without
       the Let suit Trouble Hinderance Molestation Interruption
       and Denial of the said John Godsgrace his heirs and
       Assigns and of all ^and^ every other Persons whatsoever And
       also it is covenanted and agreed between the Parties to
       these Presents that in case the said John Wardrop at any
       time hereafter the Date of these Presents and before the
       Expiration of the time of the Proviso or condition herein
       mentioned shall advance and pay for the said John Godsgrace
       any sum of money or Quantity of Tobacco that the afores.d
       Land and Premises af.d with their appurtenances as
       also the five Negroes af.d shall stand remain continue
       and be Security as well for Payment to the said John
       Wardrop of such sum of money and Quantitys of Tob.o
        to be advanced with Interest from ^the^ Sundry times of Payment
       thereof and that the said Lands and Premises with
       the appurtenances and five Negroes afores.d shall not
       be Redeemable or Redeemed untill Payment shall be made
       as well of the monies and Tobaccos to be Advanced as af.d
       with Interest thereof unto the s.d John Wardrop his Executors
       Adm.rs or Assigns and also that the said John Godsgrace
       during the Term af.d shall not commit any wilfill waste
       on the Lands and Premis^s^es af.d or cut any wood or Timber
       Trees thereon Growing but such as for the Necessary use
       of the s.d Plantation And Lastly it is concluded
       and agreed Between the s.d Parties to these Presents that
