       Appurtenances To Have and to hold the said Several Tracts of Land
       & Hereditaments & Premisses with the Appurtenances hereby
       Bargained & Sold or mentioned or intended to be hereby Bargained
       & Sold unto the said John Stevens his Executors Administrators
       & Assignes from the Day next before the Day of the Date of
       these Presents for during & unto the full End & Term of one whole
       Year from thence next Ensueing & fully to be compleat & Ended
       to the Intent & Purpose that the said John Stevens may be the
       better enabled to receive and take a Grant and release of the
       Premisses hereby bargained and sold or mentioned or intended
       to be hereby bargained and sold to the said John Stevens & his
       Assigns for and during the Naturall life of the said John Stevens
       in Such manner & form as in & by one Indenture intended to
       bear Date the Day next after the Day of the Date of these
       Presents the same shall be granted released and Conveyed
       In Witness whereof the said Parties to these Presents have
       hereunto set their Hands & Seals the Day & Year first abovewritten

       Sworn on the Holy Evangelists severally depose & Swear that
       they & Each of them saw John Howell & John Stevens Parties
       to the within Deed Seal and Deliver the same as their respective
       Acts and Deeds
