       acknowledged and the said William Chapman thereof and therefrom
       by these Presents fully acquitted and discharged Hath granted bargained
       sold made over and confirmed and by these Presents Doth grant bargain
       sell make over and confirm unto the said William Chapman his Heirs
       and Assigns All that Tract or Parcel of Land lying in Ann Arundel
       County af.d on the East side of the North Branch of Patuxent River
       called Row down security Beginning at a bounded Oak by the
       said Branch and running East one hundred Perches to a bounded
       red Oak of the Land of the said Taillors then with the Line of the said
       Taillors Land south east ninety five Perches still with the said Land
       East ^South^ East seventy five Perches then South West one hundred and forty
       Perches then Southwest and  by West two hundred and thirty one
       Perches to the said North Branch then with the said Branch and
       a Streight Line to the first bounded Tree containing four hundred
       and seventy seven Acres of Land More or less Together with all
       Buildings Improvements Profits Advantages Ways Waters and
       Appurtenances to the bargained Premisses and every Part thereof
       in any wise belonging or appertaining To have and to hold
       all and singular the hereby bargained Premisses and every Part
       thereof to the said William Chapman his heirs and assigns for
       ever to his and their own and to no other Use Intent or Purpose
       whatsoever And the said John Taillor for himself and his
       Heirs doth covenant and agree to and with the said William Chapman
       his heirs and Assigns that he the said John Taillor and his Heirs
       the bargained Premisses and every Part thereof to the said William
       Chapman his Heirs and Assigns from and against him
       the said John Taillor and from all Incumbrances and from and
       against all Persons whatsoever claiming from by or under him the said
       John Taillor (the Rents hereafter growing due and to be paid to the
       Lord Propry being foreprized and excepted) shall and will
