       Or interest of in or to the said premisses by from or under them the said Thomas
       Colmore and Stephen Yoakley or any of them unto the said Thomas Gough
       and his heirs for Ever And the Said Thomas Colmore Doth further Covenant
       promise Grant and agree to and with the said Thomas Gough and his
       heirs and to and with Every of them by these Presents That he the said Thomas
       Colmore is at the time of the Sealing and Delivery of these presents Seized
       of a Good Estate of Inheritance in Fee simple of and in the said Tract
       or Parcell of Land with the Appurtenances and hath in himself good
       Right full Power and lawful and absolute Authority to grant bargain
       and sell the said Tract or parcell of Land with the appurtenances in
       manner aforesaid And that the same now are and be freely and clearly
       acquitted exonerated and discharged of and from ^all and^ all manner of former and
       other Gifts Grants Bargains Jointures Dowers Statutes Judgments
       Recognizances Executions Extents and all other Incumbrances
       whatsoever And that the said Thomas Colmore his heirs and assigns
       Shall and will at the Reasonable Request Costs and Charges in the Law
       of the said Thomas Gough his heirs or assigns make Do acknowledge
       Levye Suffer and Execute or Cause or procure to be made done
       Acknowledged Levied Suffered and Executed all and Every
       such further and other Lawfull and Reasonable Act  and Acts Thing
       and Things Devices Conveyances and Assurances as by the said Thomas
       Gough his heirs or assigns or by his or their Councill Learned in the Law
       Shall be reasonably devised Advised or required for the Better and further
       Assurance Surety and Suremaking the said Tract of Land with the appurtenances
       thereunto belonging unto the said Thomas Gough his heirs and
       Assigns for Ever And Lastly the said Thomas Colmore doth hereby
       nominate Constitute and appoint John Chesley of Prince Georges County af.d
