       Doth Give Grant Bargain Sell Alien Enfeoffe Confirm and make
       Over unto the said Thomas Gough ^his^ heirs and assigns for Ever all that
       Tract ^or parcell^ of Land already Sett out Scituate lying and Being near malbro
       on the western Branch of Patuxent River in Prince Georges County
       in Maryland aforesaid Containing ^by^ Estimation Three hundred Acres
       Comonly Called or Known by the name of the Back Land Some time
       heretofore in the Tenure or Occupation of Stephen Yoakley and by him
       the Said Stephen Yoakley on or about the thirteenth Day of
       November one Thousand Seven hundred and Twenty two Sold and
       Conveyed to the Said Thomas as by the Said Conveyance Now on Record
       in the said province appears but which is now in the Tenure of the s.d Thomas
       Colmore his undertenants or assigns together with all and Every the Rights
       Members and appurtenances thereunto Belonging To have
       and To hold the Said tract or parcel of Land together with all
       and Every the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise Appertaining
       unto the said Thomas Gough his Heirs and Assigns To the only
       proper use and behoof of him the said Thomas Gough his heirs and
       assigns for Ever and to or for no other use intent or purpose whatsoever
       and the said Thomas Colmore for himself his Heirs Executors and Administrators
       and for Every of them Doth Covenant Promise Grant and Agree
       to and with the Said Thomas Gough his heirs and assigns and to and with
       Every of them by these presents that the said Thomas Colemore Shall and
       will from time to time and at all times for Ever hereafter
       warrant and defend the said tract or parcel of Land with all and
       Every the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining
       against him the said Thomas Colmore and his heirs and also
       against the Said Stephen Yoakley and all Every other person or persons
       Whatsoever having or Lawfully Claiming or which Shall or may at any
       time or times hereafter have or Lawfully Claim any Right Title
