308) to a bounded pine at the Mouth of the said Cove then by a streight Line to the first bounded pine containing and laid out for two hundred ninety five acres of Land more or less together with all Ways Passages Easements Waters WaterCourses Improvements Profits Commodities and Appurtenances whatsoever to the Premisses hereby granted or mentioned or intended so to be belonging or in any wise appurtaining and all the Estate Right Title Interest Use Trust Property Profit Claim and Demand whatsoever of in and to the aforesaid Tract of Land and Premisses with their and every of their appurtenances And the Reversion and Reversions Remainder & Remainders Rents Issues and Profits thereof and of every part and Parcel thereof To have and to hold the af.d Tract of Land Premisses with the Appurtenances to him the said Robert North his Heirs and Assigns to the only proper use and Behoof of him the said Robert North his Heirs and Assigns for ever Provided always and it is hereby covenanted concluded and agreed by and between the parties to these Presents in Manner following that is to say that if the said Thomas Todd his Heirs Executors Administrators or Assigns shall and do well and truly pay or cause to be paid unto the said Robert North his Heirs Executors Adm.rs or Assigns the above Sum of fifteen Pounds Sterling and six hundred Pounds of Tobacco on or before the seventh Day of June which shall be in the Year seventeen hundred & forty three with lawful Interest for the same then these presents & every article Clause Covenant & Agreement herein contained shall be utterly void & of none Effect to all Intents Constructions and Purposes whatsoever as fully and effectually as if the same had never been made And the said Thomas Todd (doth) |
