       Doth hereby for himself his Heirs Executors and Administrators
       covenant promise grant and agree to and with the said Robert North
       his Executors Administrators and Assigns in manner following
       That is to say that he the said Thomas Todd his Heirs Executors
       or Administrators shall and will well and truly pay or cause to be
       paid unto him the said Robert North his Executors Administrators
       or Assigns the af.d Sum of fifteen Pounds Sterling money and six
       hundred Pounds of Tobacco with lawful Interest for the same on
       or before the af.d seventh Day of July seventeen hundred & forty three
       In Witness whereof the said Thomas Todd hath hereunto set his
       Hand and Seal the Day and Year first above written

       mentioned Land and Premisses with the Appurtenances are
       become the Right and Property of the within named Robert
       North according to the Tenor and Purpose of the within Deed
