Ex.d This Indenture made the seventh day of June Seventeen hundred
       and forty two Between Thomas Todd of Annarundel County Gentleman
       of the one part and Robert North of Baltimore County Merchant
       of the other part witnesseth that the said Thomas Todd for and in
       consideration of the sum of fifteen pounds Sterling money and Six
       hundred pounds of Tobacco by him the said Robert North to him
       the said Thomas Todd in hand paid at or before the Ensealing and
       delivery of these presents the receipt whereof he the said Thomas
       Todd doth hereby Acknowledge and thereof and therefrom and of an
       from every part and parcell thereof he doth hereby release acquitt
       and discharge the said Robert North Hath granted bargained sold
       aliened enfeoffed and confirmed and by these Presents Doth grant
       bargain sell alien enfeoff and confirm unto him the said Robert North
       his Heirs and Assigns All that Tract or parcell of Land called
       Charles his Forrest lying and being in Ann Arundel County
       on the North side of a Creek called deep Creek Beginning at a bounded
       Pine it being a bound Tree of a Parcel of Land called Locust
       Thicket and running with the said Land North Northwest two hundred
       and twenty six Perches to a bounded Water Oak then West North
       West seventy Perches then North eighty four Degrees West seventy
       Perches to a bounded Pine then South West two hundred twenty three
       Perches to the Head of a Small Cove of Deep Creeke then bounding
       on the same running down South East twenty six Perches
       then South fifty seven Degrees East one hundred & four Perches
