       or lawfully claiming or who shall or may have or lawfully
       claim the said several Tracts of Land Plantations Messuage
       Tenements Hereditaments and premisses or any part
       thereof or any Estate Right Title or Interest of into or out
       of the same or any part thereof by from or under him them
       or any of them shall and will from time to time and at all
       times hereafter upon the Reasonable request and at the
       proper Costs and Charges in the Law of the said Richard
       Williams his Heirs and ^or^ assigns make do acknowledge
       levy execute and suffer or cause and procure to be made done
       acknowledged levied executed and suffered all and every such
       further and other lawfull and Reasonable Act and Acts Thing
       and things Device and Devices Conveyances and Assurances
       in the Law whatsoever for the further and better more
       perfect and absolute granting conveying and assuring
       of all and singular the aforesaid premisses with their appurtenances
       unto the said Richard Williams his Heirs and Assignes
       To the only proper use and Behoof of the said Richard
       Williams his Heirs and assigns for ever as by the said
       Richard Williams his Heirs ^or^ & assigns or his or their Councel learned
       in the Law shall be reasonably devised or advised and required
       And it is hereby covenanted concluded & agreed upon by &
       between the said Parties to these Presents And they Do hereby
       declare That all and every such further assurances and Conveyances
       in the Law of the said several Tracts of Land and all other
       the premisses mentioned or Intended to be hereby granted and
       Released or any part thereof hereafter to be had made Levied acknowledged
       suffered or Executed by or between the said parties
       to these presents or either of them or whereunto they or either
