       enure and shall be Judged construed deemed and taken to be and
       enure And that all and every person and persons which now
       stand and be seized of the same or of any part thereof shall
       stand and be seized thereof and of every part thereof to and for
       the only proper Use and Behoof of the said Richard Williams
       his heirs and assigns for ever for ever And to and for no other use
       Intent or purpose whatsoever And Lastly for the Considerations
       aforesaid they the said William Black and Hannah
       his wife do and each of them doth hereby Constitute and appoint
       the said George Gordon of Patuxent River in the said province
       of Maryland Merchant their and each of their true and Lawful
       Attorney for them or either of them and in their or either of
       their Names place and stead to acknowledge in any Court or
       Courts before any Judge or Justice in Maryland aforesaid
       or elsewhere in America this Deed and the Indenture of
       Bargain and sale for a year above referred unto and the due
       Execution thereof by them the said William Black and Hannah
       his Wife and further to do any other Act matter or Things That
       he the said George Gordon shall think needfull or necessary to be
       done for the better assuring of the said several Tracts of Land plantations
       Messuage or Tenement Hereditaments and all and
       singular other the premisses herein before mentioned to be hereby
       granted and Released with their and every of their Appurtenances
       unto the said Richard Williams his Heirs and assigns
       according to the true Intent and meaning of these presents And
       whatsoever the said George Gordon shall Lawfully do or cause to be
       done in the premisses by Virtue of these presents the said William
       Black and Hannah his wife do and each of them doth hereby
       ratify confirm and allow of In Witness whereof the said
