       Executors and administrators shall and will from henceforth
       for ever hereafter warrant and Defend the said several Tracts
       of Land plantations Messuages Lands Tenements hereditaments
       and all and singular other the premisses herein
       before mentioned to be hereby granted released and Confirmed
       unto the said Richard Williams his heirs and assigns
       against him the said William Black his heirs and assigns
       and all and every person and persons lawfully claiming
       or to Claim the same by from or under him them of any ^of them^
       And the said William Black for himself his heirs Executors
       and Administrators doth further Covenant promise
       and Grant to and with the said Richard Williams his
       heirs and assigns by these presents That he the said Richard ^Williams^
       his heirs and assigns shall and lawfully may from time to
       time and at all times hereafter peaceably and quietly have
       hold use occupy and possess and Enjoy all and singular
       the said several Tracts of Land plantations messuage Tenements
       Hereditaments and all and singular other the premisses
       hereby granted and Released or mentioned or Intended so to be
       with their and every of their Appurtenances (except as in
       the said recited Agreement is mentioned to be excepted) and to
       have receive and take the Rents Issues and profitts thereof
       and of every part thereof to his and their own proper use and
       Behoof for ever without the Lett Suit Trouble Hinderance
       Molestation Interruption Eviction or Denial of him the
       said William Black his heirs and assigns And further
       That he the said William Black and his heirs and all
       and every other person or persons whatsoever having
