       with all houses outhouses Edifices Buildings Orchards Gardens cleared
       and uncleared Lands pastures Woods Underwoods with all Rights Benefits
       Priveledges and advantages whatsoever to the said several Tracts
       of Land Mansion House and premisses hereby granted and Released or
       to any part or parcel thereof belonging or in any wise appertaining
       And all other the Tracts of Land plantations Messuages Lands and
       Tenements whatsoever of him the said William Black scituate
       lying and being in Prince Georges County or elsewhere in Maryland
       or in America aforesaid howsoever butted bounded or Described which
       the said William Black purchased of the said Henry Darnall and
       the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders
       yearly and other Rents Issues and profitts of all and singular the said
                      Messuage or Tenements Tracts of Land Hereditaments and
       Premisses mentioned or Intended to be hereby granted and released
       and every part and parcell thereof with the appurtenances And
       all the Estate Right Title Interest Use Trust property possession
       Claim and Demand whatsoever both in Law and Equity of him
       the said William Black of in and to all and singular the said
       premisses and every part and parcell thereof together with all Deeds
       Evidences and writings touching or Concerning the said
       Premisses or any part thereof now in the Custody or possession of
       him the said William Black or which he can or may get or come
       by without Suit in Law To Have and to Hold the said
       several Tracts of Land plantations Messuages Lands Tenements
       Hereditaments and all and singular the premisses herein before
       mentioned or Intended to be hereby granted and released and every
       part or and parcell thereof with their and every of their Rights priveledges
       Members and appurtenances unto the said Richard Williams
       his heirs and assigns To the only proper use and behoof of the
       said Richard Williams his heirs and assigns for ever And
       the said William Black for himself his Heirs Executors and
       administrators doth Covenant promise and agree to and
       with the said Richard Williams his heirs and assigns by these
       presents that he the said William Black his heirs and
