       William Black paid and secured to be paid by the said Richard
       Williams in manner aforesaid and also in Consideration of the
       sum of five shillings to each of them the said William Black
       and Hannah his wife in hand paid by the said Richard Williams
       at and before the sealing and Delivery of these presents the
       Receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged They the said William
       Black and Hannah his wife Hath and each of them hath
       given granted bargained sold aliened remised Released and Confirmed
       and by these presents Do and each of them doth give
       Grant bargain sell alien remise Release and Confirme unto
       the said Richard Williams (in his actual possession now being
       by Virtue of a Bargain and Sale to him thereof made by
       the said William Black by Indenture bearing Date the Day
       next before the Date of the Date of these presents in Consideration
       of five Shillings for the Term of one whole year to be accounted
       from the Day next before the Day of the Date of
       the said Indenture and by force of the Statute for transferring
       of uses unto possession) and to his Heirs All that Tract of Land
       now or late called part of ^Darnalls^ Delight in Prince Georges County in
       the province of Maryland aforesaid Containing by Estimation
       one thousand and six hundred Acres be the same more or less
       And all that mansion or Dwelling House which was erected
       on some part of the said Tract of Land by Henry Darnall
       Esquire with all and singular the Appurtenances thereunto Belonging
       And all that other Tract of Land now or late called Elizabeth
       adjoyning to the said first mentioned Tract of Land containing by
       Estimation Three hundred acres or thereabouts And also
       All that other Tract of Land ^now of late^ called Darnalls last addition adjoyning
       to the said last mentioned Tract of Land containing by Estimation
       one Hundred and fifty Acres be the same more or less Together
