       Improvements built several Tobacco Houses and furnished
       the plantation with several Horses Cattle and other
       necessarys and particulars fitting for a plantation the said
       Richard Williams therefore on matture Consideration of the
       Value of the said Land and Premisses of every kind (Except
       all Negroes Slaves or Tobacco's which were thereby Reserved
       to the said William Black) agreed to account and pay for the
       same the aforesaid sum of Eight hundred pounds and did
       thereby Consent and Desire that the said William Black
       would at his proper time and Conveniency gett the necessary
       Writings for Intitling him to the ample and quiet possession
       of the said Land and premisses done and Executed and send him
       the same over And all the Tobacco made that year he oblidged
       himself to lett he said M.r Gordon and the said Negroes
       finish and ship to the said William Black the year ensueing or
       cause the same to be finished and shipped home to him or
       his assigns as his property as also All the Negroes and Slaves old
       and young of every kind he acknowledged to be the Estate and
       property of the said William Black which two Particulars being
       finished Then every thing or matter else belonging or properly
       appertaining to the said plantation and Remaining was agreed
       to be the property of the said Richard Williams (except only such
       Household Goods and other things as were really the property of
       M.r Gordon or any of the people on the said Plantation)
       And Whereas the said Richard Williams entred into a Bond
       to the said William Black for the payment of the sum of three
       hundred and twenty pounds five shillings and two pence
       being the Ballance of all accounts between them including
       the said sum of Eight hundred pounds purchase money
       Now this Indenture Witnesseth that for and in Consideration
       of the said sum of Eight hundred pounds of
       good and Lawful money of Great Britain to the said
