       to y.e said W.m Cockey the father on y.e 10.th day of August 1683
       together with all & singular the Rights benefits & appurts to the
       said several tracts or parcells of Land belonging or in any ways
       appertaining To have and to hold the af.d several tracts or parcels
       of Land & premisses with the appurts unto him the said
       John Brice his Heirs & assignes for ever & the said Sarah
       Hall Joseph Pumphrey & Ann his Wife Saborah Cockey
       Oneal Johnson and Mary his Wife & Mark Johnson & Elizabeth
       his Wife for themselves & every of them their each & every
       of their Heirs Execut.rs & Adm.rs & every of them do hereby
       covenant promise grant and agree to & with the said John
       Brice his Heirs & assignes that they the said Joseph Pumphrey
       and Ann his Wife Sarah Hall Saborah Cockey Mark
       Johnson & Eliz.a his Wife & Oneal Johnson & Mary his wife
       & every of them their & each & every of their Heirs Execut.rs
       & Adm.rs the said several tracts or parcels of Land & premisses

       assignes against all manner of Persons whatsoever Claiming
       or to Claim any Right or title to the same tracts of Land or
