281) 81/the said Tract lying on the East side thereof beginning at a bounded red Oak Standing on the south side of a Ridge as the pattent mentioned the said oak being the northermost bounded tree of said dividend & running South Eighty Eight Perches to a pair tree planted or to be planted then west to a marked red oak standing by a branch of Ferry Creek it being in the westernmost Line of the said tract of Land then bounding on the said branch until an East Course fetcheth the first mentioned red oak containing fifty Acres of Land more or less also all that tract of Land Called Cuckholds Point granted originally on the 10.th day of March 1695 to the afores.d William Cockey the Father beginning at a bounded Pine tree & running North East 5 degrees North two hundred sixty four Perches then North North West Eighty perches to a branch of a Creek called Cuckholds Creek then with y.e branch two hundred fifty two Perches to a point which makes the mouth of the said Creek then with a streight line to the first Bounder containing and laid out for one hundred Acres of Land more or less Also all that tract of Land called Cockey's Addition lying on the North side of Magothy River in the County aforesaid in the Woods beginning at a bounded Oak standing in the Line of the said Cockeys Land the said Oak being a bounded Tree of the Land laid out for John Peasley and running with the Line of the said Land north West one hundred perches to a bounded Chesnutt Tree being another bounded tree of the said Land still with the said Land North East fifty Perches to another bounded Chesnut Tree then North west sixty perches to another bounded Chesnut Tree being another bounded tree of s.d Peasleys Land standing in the Line of the Land laid out for Robert Taillor then north East one hundred & fifty Perches then bounding on a branch of a Creek called Cuckholds Creek & the Land of Robert Proctor one hundred sixty & two perches to the said Cockeys land then bounding on the said Land running South west half a point southward to y.e first bounded tree containing & laid out for one hundred & thirty acres of Land more or less & which was granted |
