       Wife for & in consideration of the sum of thirty seven pounds ten
       Shillings current money to them in hand paid the receipt
       whereof they hereby acknowledge have given granted bargained
       sold aliened Enfeoffed & confirmed & by these Presents for
       themselves & each of their Heirs Executors & Adm.rs & every
       of them do give grant bargain sell alien Enfeoff and confirm
       unto the said John Brice his Heirs and assignes for ever all that
       tract or parcell of Land granted on the tenth day of August
       1684 to William Cockey the Father beginning at a bounded
       spanish Oak by a branch it being a bounded Tree of the Land
       of the said Cockey & running East South East forty Perches
       to a bounded Red Oak of the Land of Robert Davidge then North
       East fifty two Perches to a Black Walnut Tree being a bound
       tree of Flushing the North West Eighty Perches to a bounded
       Hickory by a branch then bounding on the said branch to
       the first Tree containing twenty five Acres of Land more or less
       also all that Tract or Parcell of Land called Mutual Consent otherwise
       called Mutual Content granted originally on the 20.th day
       of June 1683 to the aforesaid William Cockey and a certain Samuel
       Underwood beginning at a bounded white Oak of the said Samuel
       Underwoods Land standing near Ferry Creek branch and running
       South South West one hundred and fifty two perches to another
       bounded white oak then South East fifty six perches to a bounded
       white Oak standing by the said Branch then North North
       East five Degrees Easterly one hundred twenty and five perches
       then on the said Branch and a Streight line to the first bounded
       Tree containing fifty Acres of Land more or less also all that piece
       & parcel of Land being part of a tract of Land called the Landing
       granted originally on the eighth day of August 1664 to
       a Certain Thomas Underwood father of the af.d Samuel Underwood
       & by the af.d Samuel Underwood as Heir at Law to his
       said Father on the 24.th day of March 1683 by deed duly executed
       acknowledged in open Court y.e 12.th of Aug.t 1684 &
       Recorded in Liber O fol 517 by            Bonner Clerk conveyed to
       the aforesaid William Cockey the Father that Part of
