       that the said George Yate for & in consideration of the sum of
       thirty pounds Gold Currency to him in hand paid by Joseph Hill
       of Ann Arundell County Gent the receipt whereof the said George
       Yeate doth hereby Acknowledge & for other good causes and
       Considerations him thereunto moveing have granted bargained
       sold yielded up Surrendered Remised Released & quit Claim'd & by
       these Presents he the said George Yate doth grant Bargain sell
       Yeild up Surrender Remise Release & forever quit claim unto
       the said Joseph Hill his heirs & assigns for ever all the afore
       mentioned two trackts of Land with their & ^each^ every of their
       Appurtenances to them belonging (which same Joseph Hill
       is in the Actual Possession of the said Land & Premisses or the
       most part thereof) all his Estate right title Interest Claim
       & demand whatsoever thereto either in Law or Equity To have
       & to hold all the said two Tracts of Land & Premisses unto the said
       Joseph Hill his heirs & assigns to the only use & behoof of the
       said Joseph Hill his heirs & assigns for ever so that neither
       he the George Yate nor his heirs nor any other Person or
       Persons for him or them or in his or their names or in
       the Name right or stead of any of them shall or will by
       any way or means hereafter have Claim Challenge or
       demand any Estate right title or Interest or in or to the
       Premisses or any part or parcell thereof but from all and
       every action right title Estate Interes or demand of in or to
       the Premisses or any part thereof they & every of them
       shall be utterly Excluded & barred for ever by these Presents
       & also the said George Yate doth for himself his heirs Ex.rs
      & Adm.rs Covenant & Grant to & with the said Joseph Hill
       his heirs & Assigns that he the said George Yate or his heirs
       shall & will from time to time & at all times hereafter upon
       request & at the Cost & the Charges in the Law of the said
       Joseph Hill his heirs or assigns do & Perfect or cause
       to be done & perfected all such lawfull & Reasonable
       Act or Acts thing or things device or devices in the Law
       whatsoever for the surrendering barring & Extinguishing
