       On the back of the aforegoing Instrument of Writing was thus
       Written Viz.t         Test to the within mentioned Writing
       Charles Lake R.tr of Annapolis
             Andrew Strachan
       Ann Arundell County   November 26.th 1741 Came M.r W.m
       Harrison Party to the within Deed before me the Subscriber
       One of his Lordships of the Justices of the Peace for the said County
       & Acknowledged the same According to Law
       Recorded Nov.r y.e 30.th 1741

Ex.d To all Christian People unto whom these Presents shall
       come I George Yate of Edgecomb County in the Province of
       North Carolina sends Greeting Whereas the said George
       Yate is Eldest Son & heir at Law of his Father George Yate
       late of Baltimore County deceased who was likewise the Son
       & heir of George Yate of Ann Arundell County Gent Deceased
       the Grand father to George Yate Party to these Presents & for
       as much as the said George Yate the Elder in his lifetime had
       in his Possession two tracts of Land in Ann Arundell County afores.d
       & on the North side of South River in the Woods the One called Come
       Come by Chance granted to the said George Yate the Elder as by
       the Patent thereof dated at the City of Saint Marys under the great
       seal of the af.d Province of Maryland on the tenth day of August
       in the Year of our Lord One thousand Six hundred & Eighty four
       for two hundred & fourteen Acres of Land more or less Relation
       when thereto had more fully & at large will & may appear
       the other Tract called Addition lying & being Ajoyning or near
       the other Tract called come by Chance Surveyed & laid out for
       & in the name of the said George Yate for the quantity of forty Eight
       Acres more or less as in his Lordships Land Office doth or may
       Appear Wherefor the said George Yeate party to these Presents
       since the death of his Father & Grandfather is become Seized
       of the af.d two Tracts of Land Now therefore be it known
