27) Administrators doth further Covenant and Grant and with the said Robert Kendrick his Heirs and Assignes that he the said William Jennings his Heirs Executors and Administrators and Each of them shall and will at any time within the Term of Seven Years next Ensueing the Date hereof at the reasonable request Proper Costs and Charges in the Law of the said Robert Kendrick his Heirs and Assignes or some of them make do Execute acknowledge and suffer or Cause to be made Done Executed acknowledged and Suffered all and Every such further and other reasonable Act and Acts thing and things Devise and Devises Assurance and Assurances Conveyance and Conveyances in the Law whatsoever for the more perfect assuring Conveying making over and Confirming unto the said Robert Kendrick his Heirs & Assignes the aforementioned Land and Premisses with the Appurtenances and Every Part and Parcell thereof according to the true intent & Meaning of these Presents as by the said Robert Kendrick his Heirs or Assignes or any of them or by his or their or any of their Councill learned ^in the law^ shall be reasonably advised devised or required And Lastly the said William Jennings doth for himself and his Heirs Covenant and grant to and with the said Robert Kendrick and his Heirs and Assignes that the said Lands and Premisses hereby granted or mentioned or intended to be Granted with the Appurtenances af.d and Every Part and Parcell thereof the said William Jennings & his Heirs shall and will warrant and for Ever defend to the said Robert Kendrick & his Heirs and Assignes for Ever ag.t any Claim or demand of him the said William Jennings or his Heirs or any other Person or Persons whatsoever by these Presents In Witness whereof the said William Jennings hath hereto set his hand and affixed his Seal the Day & Year first above mentioned Sealed & Delivered in Presence of W.m Jenings Seal Edmund O Kelly Rich.d Goldsmith On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus James Flemin Endorst Viz.t Reced the Sum of Nineteen Pounds twelve Shillings & Six Pence the Consideration Money within mentioned Witness my hand this twenty Eighth Day of Dec.r 1737 W.m Jenings Be it Remembered that on the twenty ninth Day of December One thousand seven hundred & thirty seven the within named William Jennings personally appeared before me the subscriber one of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court of Maryland & made over & acknowledged the within mentioned Land and Premisses to be the Estate right & title of the within named (Robert) |
