26) and thirty Perches South Seventy three Degrees East thirty Perches thence with a Streight line to the first mentioned White Oak Containing & now laid out for One hundred and Sixteen Acres of Land more or less Being the same Tract or Parcell of Land whereon the said Robert now liveth with the Reversion and Reversions remainder and Remainders of all and singular the said Tract or Parcell of Land and Premisses hereby granted or mentioned to be hereby Granted and of Every Part & Parcell thereof or thereto incident belonging or in any wise appertaining And all the Estate right Title Interest Claim and Demand whatsoever of in or to the said Tract or Parcell of Land before mentioned & Every Part and Parcell thereof To have and to hold the said Tract or Parcell of Land and all other the Premisses hereby Granted Bargained and Sold or mentioned or intended to be hereby Granted Bargained and Sold and Every Part and Parcell thereof with the appurtenances unto the said Robert Kendrick his Heirs and Assignes for Ever to the only Proper use and behoofe of him the said Robert Kendrick his Heirs and Assignes for Ever And the said William Jennings for himself his Heirs Executors and Administrators and for Every of them doth Covenant and Grant to and with the said Robert Kendrick his Heirs and Assigns and to and with Every of them that he the said William Jennings now is true and Lawfull Owner of the af.d Land and Premisses hereby Granted or intended to be granted and of Every Part and Parcell thereof with the Appurtenances and is rightfully & absolutely seized of a Good Pure absolute & Indefeazible Estate of Inheritance in fee Simple without any Manner of Condition or restraint matter or thing whatsoever to alter Change Charge Determine incumber Defeat or Evict the same and that he now hath good Right lawfull power and absolute Authority in himself to Grant alien & Convey all and Singular the Land and Premisses hereby granted or intended to be granted as aforesaid with the Appurtenances unto the said Robert Kendrick his Heirs and Assignes to his & their use in manner af.d and that he said Robert Kendrick and his Heirs and Assignes shall and may from time to time and at Every time & times hereafter lawfully have hold occupy possess and Enjoy the said Land and Premisses hereby Granted as aforesaid with the Appurtenances without the Let Suit Molestation or Eviction of the said William Jennings his Heirs or Assignes or any other Person or Persons whatsoever lawfully Claiming or to Claim the Same And the said William Jennings for himself his Heirs Executors and (Administrators) |
