       Tree containing two hundred Acres of Land more or less Together with
       all & singular the Edifices Orchards Improvements Benefits & Advantages
       whatsoever to the same belonging or in any wise thereto appertaining
       To have and to hold the Land & Premisses af.d & every
       Part & parcell thereof with their & every of their appurtenances unto
       the said John Baldwin his Heirs & Assigns for ever & to no other Use
       Intent or Purpose whatsoever And the said Richard Snowden for himself
       his Heirs Exec.rs Adm.rs and Assigns Doth Covenant Promise &
       agree to & with the said John Baldwin his Heirs Exec.rs Adm.rs & Assigns
       That he the said Richard Snowden his heirs Exec.rs Adm.rs & assigns shall &
       will at the Reasonable Request & Cost & Charges in the Law of the said
       John Baldwin his Heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs or Assigns Make Do & legally execute
       all & every such further lawfull & reasonable assurance and
       Conveyance or other Instrument of Writing for the further assuring &
       conveying the hereby granted Land & Premisses unto the said John Baldwin
       his Heirs Exec.rs Adm.rs and Assigns as by the said John Baldwin or his
       Councell learned in the Law shall be reasonably Advised Devised or required
       And finally the said Richard Snowden for himself his Heirs Exec.rs Adm.rs or
       Assigns the Land & Premisses af.d according to the meets & Bounds af.d
       unto the said John Baldwin his Heirs Exec.rs Adm.rs or Assigns for ever
       hereafter against all manner of Persons Claims or Demands whatsoever
       to Warrant & for ever Defend In Testimony whereof the
       said Richard Snowden to these Presents hath set his Hand &
       affixed his Seal the Day & Year above written
       Signed Sealed & Delivered in            Richard   Seal   Snowden
          the Presence of Us
                      S Knight            On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus
                      John Lusby         Indorst (Viz.t)

           Maryland fs.t      October 20.th 1741 Came before me the Subscriber
       one of his Lordps Pvincial Justices of the within named Richard
       Snowden & acknowledged the within Deed & the Land & Premisses
       therein mentioned to be the Right of the within mentioned John
       Baldwin his Heirs & assigns for ever according to the Act of Assembly
       in that Case made & provided
