       by these Presents Doth hereby Covenant grant & Agree to and
       with the said Joshua George his Heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs & Assignes that
       he the said Joshua George his Heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs or Assignes shall &
       may from henceforth have hold occupy possess and Enjoy the
       before said Land and Premisses without the Let Hinderance
       Molestation or Eviction of him the said Benjamin Tasker or any
       Person under him Claiming In Testimony whereof the Parties
       to these Presents have Interchangeably set their hands & seals
       this 31 Day of Oct.r Anno Dm 1741

       Tasker Esq.r personally appeared before me the Subscriber one of
       his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court & Acknowledged the
       within to be his Act & Deed according to the form of the Act of
       Assembly in Such Case made & Provided

Ex.d Maryland fs.t   This Indenture made this
       Twentieth Day of October in the Year of our Lord God Seventeen
       Hundred and forty one Between Richard Snowden of Ann Arundell
       County Gent of the one Part & John Baldwin of Cecil County in the
       Province afd Witnesseth that the said Richard Snowden for & in
       Consideration of the Sum of forty Pounds Sterling by the said John
       Baldwin to the said Richard Snowden in Hand paid before the
       Ensealing & Delivery of these Presents Hath Granted Bargained
       Sold Set over & Confirmed and by these Presents Doth grant Bargain
       set over & Confirm unto the said John Baldwin his Heirs
       Executors Administrators and Assigns for ever Two hundred Acres
       of Land lying in Baltimore County in the Province af.d
       Beginning at a Bounded black Oak being the original
       beginning Tree of a Tract of Land called Thompsons Choice &
       running thence North two hundred twenty Perches then West
       one hundred forty six Perches and half then South two
       Hundred and Twenty Perches & then w.th a Straight Line to first Beginning
