264 him the said Mark Bigler his heirs and Assigns forever all that tract or Parcel of Land called Hulls Choice lying and being in the County afs.d and on the thirtieth day of May seventeen hundred and forty one granted by the Right honble the Lord proprietary to him the said Abraham Hull for the Quantity of one hundred acres under the Rent of four Shillings sterling as by the Grant thereof remaining Upon Record in his Ldps Land Office in Lib LG N.o 13 fol.o 301 may more fully appear ^Together^ with all and singular the Improvements benefits privileges and Appurtenances thereon or thereto belonging or in any wise appertaining with all the Estate Right Title Interest Claim and Demand whatsoever of him the said Abraham Hull his Heirs & Assignes for Ever To have and to hold the said Land & Premisses with the Appurtenances unto him the said Mark Bigler his Heirs and Assignes for Ever And the said Abraham Hull for himself his Heirs Executors & Adm.rs doth hereby Covenant Promise grant & agree to & with the said Mark Bigler his Heirs & Assignes by these Presents that he the said Abraham Hull his Heirs Executors and Adm.rs shall & will for Ever hereafter warrant and defend the said Tract of Land & Premisses against himself his Heirs & Assignes for Ever and against all Manner of Persons Claiming from by or Under him or any of them And the said Abraham Hull doth hereby further Covenant promise grant & Agree to and with the said Mark Bigler his Heirs & Assignes for Ever by these Presents that he the said Abraham Hull shall & will at the request & proper Cost & Charge in the Law of him the said Mark Bigler his Heirs & Assignes make do execute & acknowledge or Cause to be made done Executed and Acknowledged any further or other Act or Acts thing or things Conveyances or Conveyances for the further and better securing the Land & Premisses abovementioned unto the said Mark Bigler his Heirs & Assignes as by the said Mark Bigler his Heirs & Assignes or his or their Council learned in the Law shall be advised devised or required Provided the same Doth not extend to any other warranty than what is herein Expressed In Testimony (whereof) |
