       Whereof the said Abraham Hull hath hereunto set his hand &
       affixed his Seal the Day & Year abovementioned

                Josh Hopkinson            deed was thus Endorst Viz.t
                Cornelius Brooksby      Maryland
                                                    Be it remembred that on the
       Twenty fourth day of October Anno Dom Seventeen hundred &
       forty one personally appeared before me the Subscriber One of his
       Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court the within named
       Abraham Hull & acknowledged the within Deed & the Land therein
       mentioned to be the right of the within named Mark Bigler
       according to the true Intent & Meaning of the same Deed and
       according to the form of the Act of Assembly in such Case made and
       provided         Acknowledged before me the Day and Year abovesaid
                                                                                  Levin Gale

       Reced of Mark Bigler for the use of the Right Honble the Lord
       Baltimore four Shillings Sterling being for the Alienation fine
       of the within One hundred Acres of Land I say reced for his
       Lordships Use this 24.th Octo.r 1741

Ex.d This Indenture made this twenty Sixth Day of October One
       thousand seven hundred and forty one Between John Darnall
       Gent Cha Carroll Chyrurgeon both of Ann Arundell County on
       the one Part and Edmund Kelly of Annapolis Innholder ^on^ of the
       other Part Witnesseth that the said Edmund Kelly for and in Consideration
       of the Sum of Two hundred Pounds Current Money of
       Maryland to him in hand paid by them the said John Darnall
       & Charles Carroll The receipt whereof he doth hereby acknowledge
       & thereof doth Acquit Exonerate and Discharge them the
       said John Darnall & Charles Carroll their Ex.rs & Adm.rs Hath
       bargained Sold and made over And by these Presents doth bargaine
       sell & Make over unto them the said John Darnall &
       Charles Carroll All the Indian Corn now growing or being on the
       Plantation where Henry Ridgely lived on Hogg Neck in the
