263) In Præmissorum fidem seale Will Tudman Not Pub 1741 On the back of the aforegoing Power of Attorney was thus Written Viz.t 20.th of Octo.r 1741 Then came Cap.t Thomas Woodward one of the Subscribing Evidences to the within Power of Attorney before me one of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court of Maryland & made Oath on the Holy Evangelist of Almighty God that he is Personally Acquainted with the within named John Tayllor Taillor Merch.t in London & that he Saw the said Taillor Sign Seal & Deliver the within Power of Attorney the Day of the date thereof as his Act & Deed for the uses therein mentioned at the same time came before me William Lyon the other Subscribing Evidence & made Oath he Likewise Saw the said John Taillor Sign Seal & Deliver the within Power of Attorney for the uses therein mentioned Sworn to before J Brice Recorded Octo.r 20.th 1741 10 1/2 Ex.d This Indenture made the twenty fourth day of October Anno Domi seventeen hundred and forty one Between Abraham Hull of Prince Georges County in the Province of Maryland Planter ^of the one part^ and Mark Bigler of the said County and Province Planter of the other Part Witnesseth that the said Abraham Hull for and in consideration of the sum of sixty five pounds current money of Maryland to him Paid by the said Mark Bigler before the ensealing and Delivery of these presents The Receipt Whereof he doth hereby acknowledge and thereof doth acquit exonerate and Discharge the said Mark Bigler his heirs and Assigns forever by these presents doth give grant bargain sell alien release enfeoff and confirm and by these presents Hath given granted bargained sold ^aliened released Enfeoffed^ and confirmed unto |
