       Bourdillion Clerk Rector of S.t Pauls Parish in Baltimore
       County in the Province aforesaid of the other Part
       Witnesseth That the s.d John Steward for and in
       Consideration of the sum of twenty five pounds current
       Money of this Province to him in hand paid at or before
       the Ensealing and Delivery of these Presents the
       Receipt whereof he the said John Steward ^doth^ hereby Acknowledge
       and of every Part and Parcell thereof fully freely
       and absolutely acquit and discharge the said Benedict
       Bourdillion hath printed bargained sold aliened transferred
       and confirmed and by these Presents do grant bargain
       sell alien transfer and confirm for himself his Heirs
       Executors and Administrators unto the s.d Benedict
       Bourdillion his Heirs and Assigns for ever a certain
       Lot ^of Land^ in Baltimore Town in Baltimomore County
       aforesaid N.o fifty six Begining at a Post or stake
       markt 56 & running thence South Nineteen Perches
       and three quarts of a Perch thence South seventy
       five Deegrees East one Perch and three Quarts thence
       South fifty three degrees and one half East Six Perches
       thence North twenty four Perches and one Quart
       of a Perch thence with a straight Line to the
       Begining Post or Stake containing one Acre of
       Ground more or less To have and to hold the said
       Lot or Parcell of Land together with all and
       singular the Rights Profits Benefitts Priveledges
       and Appurtenances and Improvements thereunto
       belonging or in any wise appertaining unto the said
       Benedict Bourdillion his Heirs and Assigns
       for ever free from and clear of all Manner of
       Incumbrances whatsoever the Rents and services
       that shall become hereafter due to the Lord
       Proprietary only excepted And he the said John
       Steward for himself his Heirs Exec.rs and
       Administrators does covenant promise grant
       and agree to and with the said Benedict Bourdillion
       his Heirs and Assigns that he shall and will for
       ever warrant and defend the said Lott or Parcell
