239 of Land and all other the bargained Premisses from all Manner of Incumbrances whatsoever as also against all Manner of Persons whatsoever claiming or to claim any Right Title or Interest thereunto at his or their proper charge to the said Benedict Bourdillion his Heirs and Assigns for ever In Witness whereof the said John Steward hath hereunto set his Hand and seal the Year and Day first above written Signed Sealed and Delivered in the Presence of us John Steward Seal Mayberry Helm W.m Pearce on the back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorst Vizt May the 27.th 1741 Then receivd twenty five Pounds being the Consideration Money within mentioned I say rec.d by me John Steward Test Mayberry Helm Rec.d for the Lord Proprietarys use one Penny Sterling being the Alienation fine for the land within mentioned this 4.d of June 1741 Benj.a Tasker Maryland fs.t June 3.d 1741 Then came before me the Subscriber one of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court the within Named John Steward and did acknowledge the within Deed and that the Lot and Premisses therein mentioned to be the Right and Title of the within named Benedict Bourdillion his Heirs & Assigns for ever As also came Susannah his Wife and being privately examined out of the Hearing of her said Husband according to the Directions of an Act of Assembly did Acknowledge the same 5 1/2 Recorded June 5.th 1741 Robert Gordon X.d This Indenture made the twentieth Day of May In the Year of our Lord one Thousand seven hundred and forty one Between Robert Parsons John Parsons |
