       of Land and all other the bargained Premisses from all
       Manner of Incumbrances whatsoever as also against all
       Manner of Persons whatsoever claiming or to claim any
       Right Title or Interest thereunto at his or their proper
       charge to the said Benedict Bourdillion his Heirs and
       Assigns for ever In Witness whereof the said John
       Steward hath hereunto set his Hand and seal the
       Year and Day first above written

       Signed Sealed and Delivered

       Provincial Court the within Named John Steward
       and did acknowledge the within Deed and that
       the Lot and Premisses therein mentioned to be the Right
       and Title of the within named Benedict Bourdillion his
       Heirs & Assigns for ever As also came Susannah his
       Wife and being privately examined out of the Hearing
       of her said Husband according to the Directions of an Act
       of Assembly did Acknowledge the same
