228) own proper use and Benefit all the Rents Issues Profits and Advantages arising out of or growing due from the said two Tracts of Land for and during the said Term of Eight Years from the Date of these presents and to and for no longer Term of Years and after the Expiration of the said Term of Eight Years is fully compleat and Ended then the said Two Tracts of Land with the appurtenances are to be and Enure to the sole use of the said Mary and to the use and Behoof of any Child or Children of her the said Mary according to such Conveyance as shall be thereof by her made to the said Child or Children of Her the said Mary and in Default of makeing Such Deed or Conveyance to the Use and Behoof of Bowles Abington eldest son of the said Mary and his Heirs and Assigns for ever after the Expiration of the said Term of Eight years and to and for no other use Intent or Purpose whatsoever Provided always and it is the true Intent and Meaning of these presents that if it shall happen that all the Children of the said Mary Shall die without Issue during the Life of the said Mary that then and in Such Case the said Mary shall and may Dispose of the said Lands with their Appurtenances at her will and Pleasure as if these Presents had never bin made anything therein Contained to the Contrary notwithstanding And the said Andrew Scott and Mary his wife for Themselves and their Heirs the aforesaid two Tracts or parcells of Land and every of them against Themselves and their Heirs and against all other Person whatsoever Claiming by from or under Him her or Them unto the said George Attwood his Heirs and Assigns to the uses Intents and Purposes herein before |
