       Limited and appointed shall and will warrant and for ever
       Defend by these presents In Witness whereof the said Andrew
       Scott and Mary his wife and the said George Attwood have
       interchangeably to these Presents sett their Hands and seals
       the Day and year above written

       On the back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorst Vizt
       Sealed & Delivered
       In the presence of
       Robert Gordon
       John Carpenter
       Witham Marshe

       Reced of the within mentioned Andrew Scott the full Consideration
       Money within mentioned p me Ge.o Attwood
       Witness
       Witham Marshe

       Be it remembered that on the Day of the Date of the within
       Deed then Came before me the Subscriber one of his Lordships
       Justices of the Provincial Court of Maryland the within Named
       Andrew Scott and acknowledged the within Deed and the   
       Lands and premisses therein mentioned to be the Sole Right
       & Title of the within mentioned George Attwood his Heirs and
       Assigns for the uses Intents and Purposes as within the said
       Deed is mentioned and at the said Time came Mary the wife
       of the said Andrew Scott who being privately examined out
       of the Hearing of her said Husband and freely acknowledged
       the within Deed and the Lands and Premisses
