227) lying and being in Prince Georges County aforesaid on Potomack River joining upon the dwelling Plantation of M.r Henry Watts And also All that Tract or parcell of Land called Carrick fergus lying and being in the County aforesaid upon which Tract of Land stands the Town or Village commonly known by the Name of Broad Creek bounded by M.r Wades Land called Friendships end by M.r Touch's Land called Vainall containing one Hundred Acres More or less together with all and singular the Houses Outhouses Orchards Gardens Yards Improvements Conveniences Advantages and Appurtenances whatsoever of in or to the said Two Tracts or parcells of Land and Premisses or any part or Parcel thereof in anywise & appertaining or belonging and all the Estate Right Title Interest Property Claim and Demand whatsoever of them the said Andrew Scott and Mary his wife of in or to the said mentioned premisses and appurtenances which said Two Tracts of Land with the Appurtenances were devised to the said Mary by the Testament and last will of her said Father William Hutchinson deceased as by the said were Relation being thereunto had may more plainly and at Large appear To Have and to Hold the said two Tracts of Land with the Premisses and appurtenances called the Vineyard and Carrick fergus as aforesaid unto the said George Atwood his heirs and assigns for the Uses Intents and purposes herein limited and appointed that is to say To the use and Behoof of Him the said Andrew Scott for and during the full Term of Eight years to be fully Compleat and Ended from the Day of the Date of these Presents and he the said Andrew Scott to take and Receive to his |
