       from or under him or them shall & will for ever warrant & Heir after Defend
       by these presents the aforesaid bargained Lands & premency's from all
       manner of persons or persons whatsoever the Rent and Incumberances hereafter
       that become due and payable out of the same to the Right Honourable
       the Lord Proprietary all ways excepted & foreprized & further the
       said John Chasers for himself his Heirs Executors and Adm.rs doth
       Covenant Promise & grant to & with the said John Cole his Heirs
       Executors and Adm.rs and assignes by those presents that he the John
       Chasers his Heirs Executors & Adm.rs shall & will from time to time and at
       all times hereafter make do Suffer or cause to be maid done and Suffer ^all & every^ such
       further and other acts and Act thing & things Devise & Devises assurance
       & Assurances Whatsoever required in the premises for the better
       assuring or Suremaking of the hereby bargained ^Land &^ Premisses unto
       him the said John Cole his Heirs Exec.rs Adm.rs & Assignes at the Proper
       Cost & Charge in the Law of him the said John Cole his Heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs
       & Assignes as shall be reasonably devised Advised or required In
       Witness whereof the Party first above mentioned have hereunto
       put his hand & seal the Day & Year first above written

       Be it Remembred that upon the Sixth Day of April Annoq Dom
       seventeen hundred and forty one Personally appeared before Us the
       subscribers two of his Lordships Justices of the Peace for Dorchester
       County the within named and Subscribing John Chassinch and
       acknowledged this Deed of Bargain & Sale with the Lands & Premisses
       therein mentioned to be the Right of John Cole Jun.r his Heirs and
       Assignes ^for Ever^ according to the true Intent and Meaning thereof
       Acknowledged before Us the Day & Year above
